The festival gathers experts in the field of personal development, self-discovery and the full and healthy lifestyle with people who have interest in and seek a way to a happier, healthier and full daily life, according to the organizers. It started in 2010, and the first three editions being under the name “Discover Yourself”. Parallel with the presentations, the visitors could explore the exhibition of products and services related to healthy life and personal development bio foods and drinks, bio cosmetics, books and services.

The lecturers at the Festival included Orlin Baev on the topic of “Love and Sex”, Assoc. Prof. Rumen Bostandzhiev, PhD on personal development and on the difference between mysticism and science, Stoyan Vezenkov PhD on the influence of words on our body and many other topics related to the delicate balance between thinking, spirit and our physical state.

Other interesting participants were Assoc. Assoc. Described as an alchemical rhythm laboratory, through music of various drums and percussions, the participants transformed their emotions in positive ones. Everyone turned into an alchemist of their personal and of the overall spiritual intention and state with the help of vibrations.

The next edition of “The Freedom to Be” will be in October, again in Sopharma Business Towers.
