Sofia, Bulgaria, June 1, 2023 – According to the requirements of art. 100t of LPOS, “Sopharma” AD notifies that at its meeting the Board of Directors decided to conduct a detailed analysis of potential opportunities for acquisition of shares in the capital of companies engaged in the production and/or marketing of medicinal products, food supplements, medical devices and/or other goods of importance to human health on the territory of the Republic of Serbia. The Board of Directors has authorized the representatives of the Company to carry out all necessary legal and factual actions related to the evaluation, investigation and initial negotiations for the implementation of a possible acquisition of a joint participation and/or a majority stake in the capital of such companies.
