Sofia, Bulgaria, July 25, 2025 – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) corrects the text of the notification regarding sold repurchased shares with out. number 194-00-79/25.07.2025 as follows:
Оn July 24, 2025 the Company sold 22 973 (twenty-two thousand nine hundred seventy-three) repurchased own shares representing 0.004% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of BGN 56 723.85 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was BGN 2.47.
The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 26 132 300 representing 4.85% of the share capital of the Company.
