Sofia, Bulgaria, September 1, 2025 – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on August 29, 2025 the Company sold 94 677 (ninety-four thousand and six hundred seventy-seven) treasury shares representing 0.02% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of BGN 239 619.89 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was BGN 2.53.
The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 20 294 764 representing 3.76% of the share capital of the Company.
