Notification of sale of treasury shares as of 30 July, 2025

Sofia, Bulgaria, July 30, 2025 – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on July 29, 2025 the Company sold 7 000 (seven thousand) repurchased own shares representing 0.001% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of BGN 17 130.00 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was BGN 2.45.

The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 26 081 600 representing 4.84% of the share capital of the Company.
