Notification for sale of treasury shares as of 19 September, 2025

Sofia, Bulgaria, September 19, 2025 – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on September 18, 2025 the Company sold 6 699 (six thousand six hundred and ninety-nine) treasury shares representing 0.001% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of BGN 17 539.37 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was BGN 2.62.

The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 20 061 963 representing 3.72% of the share capital of the Company.
