Notification for sale of treasury shares as of 11 September, 2025

Sofia, Bulgaria, September 11, 2025 – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on September 10, 2025 the Company sold 9 400 (nine thousand four hundred) treasury shares representing 0.002% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of BGN 25 592.00 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was BGN 2.72.

The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 20 116 066 representing 3.73% of the share capital of the Company.
