Notification of sale of treasury shares as of 14 August, 2025

Sofia, Bulgaria, August 14, 2025 – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on August 13, 2025 the Company sold 22 617 (twenty two thousand six hundred and seventeen) repurchased own shares representing 0.004% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of BGN 55 075.83 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was BGN 2.44.

The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 21 379 554 representing 3.97% of the share capital of the Company.
