Notification for sale of treasury shares as of 15 September, 2025

Sofia, Bulgaria, September 15, 2025 – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on September 12, 2025 the Company sold 20 950 (twenty thousand nine hundred and fifty) treasury shares representing 0.004% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of BGN 56 246.00 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was BGN 2.68.

The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 20 083 129 representing 3.72% of the share capital of the Company.
