Notification of sale of treasury shares as of 21 July, 2025

Sofia, Bulgaria, July 21, 2025 – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on July 18, 2025 the Company sold 81 170 (eighty-one thousand one hundred seventy) repurchased own shares representing 0.05% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of BGN 203 088.00 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was BGN 2.50.

The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 8 376 727 representing 4.66% of the share capital of the Company.
