Notification of sale of treasury shares as of 23 July, 2025

Sofia, Bulgaria, July 23, 2025 – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on July 22, 2025 the Company sold 11 000 (eleven thousand) repurchased own shares representing 0.01% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of BGN 27 500.00 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was BGN 2.50.

The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 8 365 727 representing 4.65% of the share capital of the Company.
