Sofia, Bulgaria, December 27, 2019 - Sopharma AD notifies that on December 20, 2019 the Company bought 800 own shares representing 0.0006% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of 2 760 BGN on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was 3.4500 BGN.

The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 9 113 467, representing 6.761% of the share capital of the Company.
