#Zdravi is a completely free mobile application to be in a better physical and mental health.
Zdravi, the interactive installation, better known as the "hug machine", is unique and health-promoting innovation, providing both entertainment and urban lifestyle change opportunities.
It is part of the Zdravi comprehensive social platform, promoting healthy lifestyle and including Zdravi mobile application, social network profiles, blog, Zdravi active FB society as well as offline projects.

Zdravi was started by developing the portable machine meant to measure the pulse rate as one of the main health indicators. Depending on the pulse reading, the machines gives an easy-to-follow piece of advice and once it is followed up the installation gives a gift.
The machine performed first at Sofia University subway station and then at other crowded places where one could interact with the machine and find out that only by receiving a hug or by performing some squats they could improve their condition.
Wherever the machine is located, people form invariably a queue not just to check their pulses but also to have some fun doing so and to reduce the stress effects caused by the hectic pace of the city.
