Notification of sale of treasury shares as of 11 August, 2025

Sofia, Bulgaria, August 11, 2025 – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on August 7, 2025 the Company sold 8 400 (eight thousand four hundred) repurchased own shares representing 0.002% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of BGN 20 496.00 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was BGN 2.44.

The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 21 423 970 representing 3.97% of the share capital of the Company.
