Notification for sale of treasury shares as of 23 September, 2025

Sofia, Bulgaria, September 23, 2025 – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on September 19, 2025 the Company sold 59 500 (fifty-nine thousand and five hundred) treasury shares representing 0.01% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of BGN 155 334.84 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was BGN 2.61.

The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 20 002 463 representing 3.71% of the share capital of the Company.
