Notification for sale of treasury shares as of 17 September, 2025

Sofia, Bulgaria, September 17, 2025 – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on September 16, 2025 the Company sold 7 735 (seven thousand seven hundred and thirty-five) treasury shares representing 0.001% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of BGN 20 547.75 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was BGN 2.66.

The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 20 073 323 representing 3.72% of the share capital of the Company.
