Notification for sale of treasury shares as of 29 September, 2025

Sofia, Bulgaria, September 29, 2025 – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on September 24, 2025 the Company sold 63 642 (sixty-three thousand six hundred and forty-two) treasury shares representing 0.01% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of BGN 167 680.56 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was BGN 2.63.

The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 19 933 821 representing 3.70% of the share capital of the Company.
