Notification for sale of treasury shares as of 9 September 2025

Sofia, Bulgaria, September 9, 2025 – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on September 5, 2025 the Company sold 22 113 (twenty-two thousand one hundred and thirteen) treasury shares representing 0.004% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of BGN 60 741.75 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was BGN 2.75.

The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 20 125 466 representing 3.73% of the share capital of the Company.
