Notification for sale of treasury shares as of 12 September, 2025

Sofia, Bulgaria, September 12, 2025 – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on September 11, 2025 the Company sold 11 987 (eleven thousand nine hundred and eighty-seven) treasury shares representing 0.002% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of BGN 32 484.77 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was BGN 2.71.

The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 20 104 079 representing 3.73% of the share capital of the Company.
