Sofia, Bulgaria, June 16, 2020 - Sopharma AD notifies that on June 15, 2020 the Company bought 85 748 own shares representing 0.0636% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of 277 823,52 BGN on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was 3.240 BGN.

The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 9 285 963, representing 6.89% of the share capital of the Company.
