The shares have been bought on the basis of decision No. 7 of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders from 23 June 2010.

The Board of Directors of SOPHARMA AD (the “Company”) hereby informs that Sopharma AD will commence the paying of dividends for 2011 on 31 August 2012 in accordance with a List of Entitled Persons as at 13 July 2012, prepared by the Central Depository.

Fifteen students will participate in the Eco-educational Camp "With the Smell of Resin" for children from poor families in the Rakitovo region. The camp will be accomplished by a team of the Baikaria Association. Since the interest in this camp is great, children will be selected not by social principle alone (brought up by relatives or by a single parent, or in a family of unemployed). Candidates will write an essay on an environmental topic, and the competition has been organised with the assistance of the school in Rakitovo.

Sopharma AD (the “Company”) notifies that for September 2014 the Company recorded an increase of sales revenues of 3% compared to the same month of 2013, including 6% increase of domestic sales and 2% increase of export sales. During the past nine months Sopharma AD recorded a decrease of sales revenues of 5%, including 3% increase of domestic sales and 8% decrease of export sales compared to the same period of 2013.
