Sofia, Bulgaria, October 5, 2022 – According to the requirements of art. 100t of LPOS, “Sopharma” AD notifies that for September 2022 the Company recorded a decrease in sales of 36% compared to the same month of the previous year, incl. 54% decrease in domestic sales and 23% decrease in export sales.

For the nine months since the beginning of the year the revenues from sales of products increase by 20%, incl. 17% increase of sales for the domestic market and 23% increase in export sales.

Sofia, Bulgaria, September 29, 2022 – According to the requirements of Art. 148b and Art. 100t of LPOS, “Sopharma” AD notifies that the Company received a shareholding notification from “Telso” AD, UIC 131176385 for a transaction with shares of the Company with settlement on September 29, 2022 with which “Telso” AD reaches 5% in the capital of “Sopharma” AD.
