Notification of sale of treasury shares as of 12 August, 2025

Sofia, Bulgaria, August 12, 2025 – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on August 11, 2025 the Company sold 5 499 (five thousand four hundred and ninety nine) treasury shares representing 0.001% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of BGN 13 497.53 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was BGN 2.46.

The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 21 411 171 representing 3.97% of the share capital of the Company.
