Notification of sale of treasury shares as of 15 August, 2025

Sofia, Bulgaria, August 15, 2025 – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on August 14, 2025 the Company sold 7 450 (seven thousand four hundred and fifty) treasury shares representing 0.001% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of BGN 18 252.50 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was BGN 2.45.

The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 21 372 104 representing 3.96% of the share capital of the Company.
