Notification for sale of treasury shares as of 16 September, 2025

Sofia, Bulgaria, September 16, 2025 – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on September 15, 2025 the Company sold 2071 (two thousand and seventy-one) treasury shares representing 0.0004% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of BGN 5 591.70 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was BGN 2.70.

The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 20 081 058 representing 3.72% of the share capital of the Company.
