Notification of sale of treasury shares as of 29 August, 2025

Sofia, Bulgaria, August 29, 2025 – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on August 28, 2025 the Company sold 62 700 (sixty-two thousand and seven hundred) treasury shares representing 0.01% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of BGN 156 660.00 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was BGN 2.50.

The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 20 389 441 representing 3.78% of the share capital of the Company.
