Notification of sale of treasury shares as of 29 July, 2025

Sofia, Bulgaria, July 29, 2025 – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on July 25, 2025 the Company sold 32 700 (thirty-two thousand seven hundred) repurchased own shares representing 0.01% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of BGN 79 089.00 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was BGN 2.42.

The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 26 099 600 representing 4.84% of the share capital of the Company.
