Notification of sale of treasury shares as of 29 July, 2025

Sofia, Bulgaria, July 29, 2025 – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on July 28, 2025 the Company sold 11 000 (eleven thousand) repurchased own shares representing 0.002% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of BGN 26 510.00 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was BGN 2.41.

The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 26 088 600 representing 4.84% of the share capital of the Company.
