Notification for sale of treasury shares as of 30 September, 2025

Sofia, Bulgaria, September 30, 2025 – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on September 26, 2025 the Company sold 28 720 (twenty-eight thousand seven hundred and twenty) treasury shares representing 0.01% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of BGN 77 133.80 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was BGN 2.69.

The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 19 902 101 representing 3.69% of the share capital of the Company.
